Guest Services Agent

Copperwynd, a boutique resort in Fountain Hills is looking for talented people to greet our guests at the front desk.  This position will HAVE FUN and check-in, check-out guests, take phone calls and service member inquiries. Must be friendly and outgoing with a high degree of people skills and problem solving abilities. 1-2 years resort/ hotel front desk experience preferred. If you have a quick smile and a helpful attitude this may be just the job for you. Must be willing to work nights and weekends!

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Consistently smiles and greets members/guest at all times.
  • Ensures efficient operation of the front desk during his/her shift.
  • Responsible for effectively handling guest complaints and problems. Must be able to try and turn a negative into a positive.
  • Ensures that all prescribed accounting policies are followed, front desk accounts are in balance daily and credit procedures are followed.
  • Consistently displays a positive attitude as first and last point of contact for members/guests.
  • Detail oriented, to follow through on all requests and follow up for completion.
  • Follow all company personnel and operating policies/procedures.
  • Maintains positive communication with other departments, especially housekeeping, engineering and accounting.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor and the General Manager

Education, Experience, and Skills required:

1-2 years of front desk experience preferred
Computer software skills, ability to type while on the phone, willingness to learn and master new software. Microsoft Office and WebRezPro.
Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks.
Must be flexible with hours; weekends and holidays are a must.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
